Kempton Izuno's checklist provides a concise method of displaying information. Here you can see it open and hanging down for the pilot to read. Normally, it is folded up on top of the glare, with a black cover to prevent reflections.

Several tabbed pages allow a quick choice of the required list.

The LX9000 series of instruments allows you to configure an electronic checklist for the various phases of flight.
